AquiferHQ is an operator-facing platform for payment ISOs and vertical SaaS teams that run embedded payments. To deliver the service, we collect three categories of data: account data (name, email, phone, company, billing), ISO operating data (merchant records, agent hierarchy, residual statements, chargeback history, equipment placement, support tickets), and usage data (audit logs, login events, API calls, session metadata). We do not collect cardholder primary account numbers, full payment card data, or any data that would place AquiferHQ in PCI scope.
Account data is used to operate your subscription, deliver support, and bill your organization. ISO operating data is used solely to render the features you configure. Usage data is used to maintain reliability, detect abuse, and inform product decisions. We do not sell personal information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not run third-party tracking pixels or third-party analytics on this website.
AquiferHQ infrastructure runs on Railway (US-East), with encrypted MySQL at rest (AES-256) and TLS 1.3 in transit. Data is logically isolated per organization. Backups are encrypted and retained per the retention windows in your service agreement.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the legal contact below. Deletions are processed within 30 days, except where retention is required by law, an active legal hold, or your service agreement.
AquiferHQ is a business-to-business platform. It is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
Use of the AquiferHQ platform is subject to a current, executed service agreement between your organization and Arrowhead Advisory Group. This website provides informational content and a contact pathway; it is not a substitute for the service agreement and does not grant a license to use the platform.
You agree not to use AquiferHQ to violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, transmit malware, reverse engineer the platform, or attempt to circumvent authentication or rate limits. We may suspend access on reasonable notice if continued use creates a security, legal, or operational risk to the platform.
The AquiferHQ platform, its code, the AquiferHQ brand, and all associated copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets remain the sole property of Arrowhead Advisory Group. Your service agreement grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform during the term of that agreement. Customer data remains the property of the customer.
Some features may be marked beta, preview, or early access. Beta features are provided "as is", may change without notice, may have lower availability, and are not covered by service-level commitments unless your service agreement states otherwise in writing.
Except as expressly set out in your service agreement, the AquiferHQ platform is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Arrowhead Advisory Group will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Direct damages are limited per the terms of the service agreement.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Escambia County, Florida.
Pricing on this website is informational and may change. Your effective pricing is set out in your service agreement.

AquiferHQ's Payment Orchestrator is powered by Penumbra. Where AquiferHQ routes transactions, fails over across processors, or recovers declines, that orchestration is provided through the Penumbra engine. Penumbra is a separate brand with its own terms; see penumbrahq.com for details.
AquiferHQ is a brand of Arrowhead Advisory Group. Arrowhead Advisory Group operates independently of any third-party processor, software platform, or trade-named partner referenced elsewhere on this site, except where a current written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
